I like building the models, but I'm not crazy about sculpting. Anyway, on the left is the raw model made from primitives in Groboto, and on the right is my attempt at some face sculpting...

I guess this is what you would call a WIP... work in progress...

This was made in Groboto v3.

This is cool!!! What did you use for the sculpting? Zbrush? I am with you.....I am not crazy about sculpting either :lol:

I have one of the trial versions but I've been so smitten by Mandelbulb 3d lately, I forgot about it until I saw the 3.0 Mac version of Groboto was out. So one day soon I'll have to get back to it and Zbrush and see what kind of mess I can make. :D

The human face must be the most difficult artistic subject there is, because everyone is an expert critic. You should expect a steep learning curve. That said, I can easily tell it was meant to be a face, though highly stylized. I bet a surface subdivision algorithm applied to these forms would turn them into something fairly realistic.
