I've finally learned some of the nuances of Fractal Explorer that allow the finding of more of what I was looking for. Along with some valuable tips from *Pharmagician and discovering how important different transforms in the palette window can be. I discovered this piece this morning. (I'm a happy boy) Now I can fully admit I have been bitten by the FE bug!
My pleasure, interesting that you say that.I started to work whit Mandelbulb because of the specific forms which are so fascinating.I was mostly attracted by Menger,AmazingBox/surf and Sierpinski
When you speak of "transforms in the palette window", what does that mean? I've been using your tips, my FE works look better, but I have never gotten anything near as nice as what you create!
Ohh, you meant that...? ROTFL... I'm sure I forgot that in the pile of notes. Hum, I sure do wish the Powers That Be around deviantART would give us a Search button enabling us to search our own correspondence...
Actually I just glanced at some of the comments below here and that is where I had told you the same thing in a different set of comments you already made...
LOL! You probably forgot because it's buried in one of the 70 or 80 notes we swapped back and forth! It's the transformation tab in the palette window. I had said that I applied the Square Power transform to one of my pieces. (Transform = Transformation) All that showed is a bunch of noise. But I zoomed way in and that was the beginning to finding this piece. You can also lower and raise the density for different looks, and obviously try different transformations... Remember now?
